Who these terms are with
Wish Technologies, a sole proprietorship of Manoj Awale, based in Thane, Maharashtra, India, runs whatdoitextback. "We" and "us" below mean that business. You can reach us at hey@whatdoitextback.com, and the full registered address and GST number are on our contact page.
You must be 18 or over
This is a dating context. If you are under 18, you cannot use this service.
What you must not upload
Do not upload sexual images, of yourself or of anyone else, and never anything involving a minor. Do not upload an image of another person's private areas, whether or not they sent it to you: they did not agree to it reaching us or the model that reads it. Screenshots go to an AI provider that scans for abuse and reports illegal material to the authorities. Accounts that break this are closed.
What we will not write
We refuse to generate replies that harass, pressure, coerce, threaten or deceive anyone, and we refuse any conversation that appears to involve a minor. Inputs and outputs are checked, and a refusal is not a bug. Do not try to work around it.
What the replies are
Suggestions. You choose what to send and you are responsible for sending it. The product's promise is your voice, sharper, not a different person. Using it to present yourself as someone you are not is both against the spirit of the thing and a bad plan for the first date.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you upload. You confirm you have the right to share it with us for the purpose of generating a reply.
Payment
Your first 3 replies are free and need no account. Paid plans are 15 replies for ₹99, or 40 replies for ₹249. Nothing renews and no card is kept; replies you have bought do not expire. Replies already generated cannot be returned. Everything else about refunds and cancellation, including the window and how a partly used pack is worked out, is set out in full in our refund policy.
GST and your invoice
The price you see is the price you pay: it already includes GST at 18%, and nothing is added at checkout. We email you a tax invoice for every purchase, and you can find them all on your account page. A tax invoice has to name a place of supply, which for a service like this one is the state you are in, so we ask for it once on your first purchase and remember it. We do not ask for a postal address, and we do not need one.
Availability
We provide the service as-is. It depends on third-party model providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable. We do not guarantee that any reply will get you a response, a date, or anything else.
Ending your access
We can suspend accounts that use the service for harassment or that attempt to bypass the safety rules above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
